By downloading, installing, or using LOMO Passport ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not download or use the App.
Oruvena grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the App strictly for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
LOMO Passport Pro provides optional auto-renewing subscriptions:
Prices are displayed in your local currency in the App Store. Pro features include What-If 730-day itinerary simulation, automatic border arrival prompts, A4 timeline verification report export, and AI assistant integration.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the rate of the selected plan.
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your device settings: iOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
If you switch devices or reinstall the App, you can restore your active Pro subscription at any time using the "Restore Purchases" button on the paywall screen.
The App provides calculation and record-keeping utilities based on public immigration and treaty regulations. LOMO Passport does NOT provide legal, tax, or official immigration advice.
Final tax residency determination and border admission rights remain strictly under the sovereign authority of statutory treaties and national immigration/tax authorities. Stay summary reports generated by the App are unofficial records of user-entered data and should be submitted alongside primary documentation (passport stamps, boarding passes).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Oruvena shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on its calculations.
